What Motivates You?
What motivates you?This is one of my favorite questions to ask, most people need a minute to think about it. This is a great question for everyone, players, coaches, parents...what motivates you? Is it achieving success, is it the trophy, money, winning, competing, recognition?
Want to know what motivates me? Having a positive influence on people, guiding them and helping them meet and exceed their expectations and goals. Being the person that believes in, encourages and pushes them when they need it most. Watching them develop into players who have the knowledge, confidence and fearlessness that they didn't have when they started.
There is no right answer to this question but it can definitely help you determine something about yourself. Stop for a minute and think, what motivates me in softball/baseball, in school, in life...whats your answer?

We offer individual lessons for either small groups or one on ones. These lessons will be geared towards the specific catchers needs, experience and expectations. Prices vary depending on location, length, number of catchers and experience level. Typical price range is between $40/hr to 95/hr.
